Alouidor, Eliott

ARTIST/BAND /GROUP INFORMATION

Since he was a teenager, he has fun with his captivating voice and his Shimmering music. Despite his livelihood activity, he still spends a considerable portion of his furnished time to engage in music, for everyone’s delight. Today, I invite you to discover the “Prince” in all its dimensions.

Born at the Grande River du Nord on November 1968, 3, Eliott Alouidor called “Prince Ello” was interested in music from a tender age. He was mentor his 15-year-old brother Aspenaz Alouidor. At the Adventist Church of his hometown, he sang regularly in activities reserved for children. In addition to this, the musical atmosphere in the Catholic and Baptist churches in the surrounding areas had an invaluable influence on the artist.

Cap-Haitian: Artistic activities at Notre Dame College

After closing the primary cycle in 1980, “Ello” left its original location for Cape Haitian to continue his high school at Notre Dame du Perpetual Rescue (CNDPS) from 6th to philosophy .. And, it was at this school that I was going to link knowledge with the “Prince” rivenordais. Needless to say, we were classmates there for a long time. Despite his Adventist faith, the man was a drummer of the musical ensemble that led the Sunday Catholic Mass of the CNDPS under the direction of the friendly young priest Jean-Paul Edmond whom the colleagues of our promotion fondly called “Pablo”. The other drummer of this group was no other than Richard Jean-Hérard known as “Richie” who had one class less than us. It is the same ” Richie ” who is currently the drummer and maestro of the band ” Klass “, by the way.

In 4th high school “Prince Ello” joined Power X, the music band of the College composed of the brothers Mompoint (Ti Gaby and Lesly), Raphaël Robillard, (Ti Fayo), Ronald Elie (Beksyon) and Nixon Francis (the current bassist of “Klass”).

However, it was in 3th high school (1983-1984) that the “Prince” really went to carve a golden spot in the hearts of the From. Indeed, during an academic session (held every quarter), the man performed the song “Dying With My Love” by Demis Roussos which caused a crazy atmosphere in the auditorium. Everyone stood up for the applauding. Knead with a fair pride, the guys in our promotion were screaming ” bis! Two times! Twice “. What was done!

I take this opportunity to share this anecdote. The CNDPS only welcomes women in philosophy. Back in time (I’m talking about the s, the Capoises didn’t date guys in lower classes no matter their social status or male presence. It was an not-written law that they strictly observe. Right? The Capoises of then were always screaming that they only like ” nig foo “. However, during the second performance of the song mentioned above, a philosophy student, sitting next to me, asked me this question by pointing out ” Ello “of the finger:” Do you know him? Where did he come from?” It’s up to me to say, ” It comes straight from your heart.” ” What do you mean?”, retorted the lady. And I continue: ” You are sometimes shaken, sometimes frozen. ‘Where do you feel’? Or you?”. After pretending to minimize my observation by a hypocritical click to hide her interior, she asked me, ” What class is he?”. ” In 3th grade “, I answered. ” 3th! “, she had said. ” Never in life! At least if he was in Rhaeto… “. To tell you that the gazelle was carried away by the charm of the young singer as is a bit of a tree floating on the surface of a cheeky river. She was obviously charmed like a fan riding by a “lwa”. As Ello performait again, I watched her almost still; she had her mouth speechless, half open… it was said half a moon that was shows shows behind a dreary one at dark…

The Music Professional

After philosophy in 1987, our bard went to Port-au-Prince and attended law and ethnology schools. Due to the chaotic port-au-princien climate due to political instability, Ello returned to Cape without finishing his university studies. In 1991, he joined the musical group Lakòl, which included Jn Max Valcourt and Pierre Pelota (the solo guitarist of the orchestra of Haiti).

In 1994, Lakòl took a trip to the USA. At the end of the tour, four of the musicians returned home, while four others chose to stay with Uncle Sam. The deserters were Shedly Abraham, Nixon Francis, Arly Larivière (founder and maestro of nude Look) and our Elliot Alouidor.

In Miami being, the latter included the group “Zenglen” in 1995; but this household only lasted for the space of a wheezing. In concert with Nixon Francis, the man in question founded “God” of a very short time.

Around 2012, the AIG financial institution for which the artist was working knew raids in the underworld caused by the fall of the US scholarship. Désenchanté, he left Florida to settle in New York where he has been living since then.

Having fed up with the difficult co-existence with his brothers in the musical world, Ello decided to act alone. This is how he released four solo albums, including the first one with the collaboration of Nickenson Prud ‘ man and the other three under the label ” New York Connection “. The latest ” Feel Me ” was an incredible success. There are eleven dancing and well-rhythmic songs. Poetry flows in a clear style both direct and full of charm.

Society and love seen by the poet-singer

The topics covered are such as to denounce political-economic mismanagement like ” Lavironndede “, ” Nou Dwòl ” and correct social flaws through ” Facebook “, ” Pa I Too “. However, you will agree with me, Dear readers, may love remain the dominant note of the artist’s works. A topic he uses to impress, irony, idealize the woman and denounce domestic violence. Songs such as ” Dézolé “, ” If I could “, ” Kite M Plenyen “, ” Brother “, ” Spread Pare ” and ” Feel Me ” are olive branches stretched to the female cohort that makes them delights to get joy when her heart is heavy.

Contrary to the shots of the musician to be lame, our “Prince” has indeed pushed back this taboo concept. He holds two university degrees including a degree in “Business Administration” at from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Nova Southeastern University (NSU).

Wish a continued success to this brave singer with an admin. The audience and all alumni of our promotion especially look forward to entertaining other CDs that the Prince will be kind enough to submit to our liking.

After Hérold Christophe, the Rivenordais can boast that their land has just offered Haiti and the rest of the world a singer-poet who has the magic of words to touch the fibers, and the ability to combine sounds that have the effect of to the order the male being to solemnly invite his wife to accompany him in one of the most romantic dances.
