Marc Bellande Jacquet aka Choupite Jacquet, made his debut in the Haitian music industry in the late 70s with the band, DP Express as a percussionist. He later joined, Fabrice Rouzier and company in Mizik Mizik in 1983. He also lent his services to several other groups, including Zenglen, Krezi, and many more. Choupite Jacquet, died early Sunday July 1, 2018 suffering renal failure and heart disease for several years.
