A group known as “D’sire” Was recently founded in Miami by Cleona Pierre (Cleo). While attending a local event in Fort Lauderdale,16-year-old Cleo and Clonide met and decided to form a group… Cleo and Clonide initially baptised the group X-plosion; however, after meeting Nathalie Armand and Sandra Jolie in 2001, they changed the group’s name to D’sire. Now the group Features singers such as Porsha (Linda Estime), Clonide Telfort, Nathalie Armand, Sedgwick Dure and Cleona Pierre (Cleo). Most of these talented Young Ladies are no strangers to the Compas Scene, Porsha has sung with bands like Jam, Eklips and others, Clonide Performed with artists like Jean Claude Guillaume, Jacques Sauveur Jean and Abner G. and more. Sedy was in a band named Seewell in New York with Kenny Desmangles. Nathalie used to sing with a church group named “The Heavenly Host” and Cleo Performed With Zenglen, Eklips, Zwing Band, Bossa Combo and Toured the Dom Tom’s With Volo Volo.
