Ekip-la is a up and rising Haitian Kompa band founded by two brothers Kevin Elie and Marco Divine in Port-au Prince Haiti. They both live and have produced their debut album in Boston and New York.
Kevin born in the USA but raised in Haiti always found joy in the arts. In 2008, after a trip from Haiti, he and his older brother Marco decided to record, and arrange all their ideas in the studio. Marco a guitar connoisseur guided his younger brothers creativity and blues influenced style to obtain their debut album “Fel Pou Lanmou.” The album is to be released in August 2011.
