Chasmaille Odéra aka Shassy is a young Haitian rapper who gain success in 2012 with her video clip “M ap chat”. Born into a family of five children, Shassy quickly became fascinated by the world of TV and music. Her style is a mix of Rap and rabòday, a popular Haitian rhythm. Shassy is known for the daring lyrics of her music and her eye-catching outfits. These elements among others make it a star of young people. Bosseuse, Shassy works by day programming at a TV station and by night she writes new texts and tweaks new hits. Her inspiration comes from her daily life and that of her loved one.
