Combining time tested vocals, ever-present guitars and digitized percussion, this Quartet produces ear-pleasing Rhythms. Top Vice is a Mixture of of cultural beats, Caribbean rhythms and modern digital technology that creates the big band sound they are known for. Top Vice is the First Haitian group to use digital reproduction in their music. These veterans of the culturally popular music have been in the entertainment industry for quite some time. ” 2002 marks the Sixteen year the band has been together and they are still going strong ” notes their high-energy promoter, Alexis.

Lead singer, Carmelo Frederic ( nicknamed ” Freddy ) says that in the mid 80’s he and Keyboard Master, Robert Raymonvil started together. Needing the Talent of some of the Hottest talent of the Times , Freddy and Charlo ( Raymonvil’s Nickname ) Recruited legendary Guitarist Robert Martino and the Wizard Joseph ” Joe” Charles on the Bass. With a Total of nine Albums under it’s belt, Top Vice is currently working on it’s tenth. Due Out later this year, Charlo promises that this new CD will be the Quality Product for which his band is famous for.

The Band Has traveled extensively throughout the continental United states as well as performing in Canada, Europe & the Caribbean. The talented members of the award winning group have found themselves subject to the Frenzied cheers and screams of thousands of Fans when performing at the numerous festival to which they have been invited Such performances included New York’s Carnegie Hall… a gig coveted by many performers of all genres of Music.
