Haitian music producer Romel Barlatier, 44, of Pembroke Pines was fatally shot 16 times with a machine gun while sitting in a Mitsubishi Montero with a female passenger in front of Fritz Bonheur’s Studio located at 2980 W. 84th Street, Hialeah on June 17, 2004, at around 10:40PM.
