Timitou takes another turn for the worse.

I just got a report from a reliable source that Timitou’s health has taken a turn for the worst. Doctor’s had to remove his intestines and he is currently on life support. The source also told me his family members are flying from all over the world and are preparing for the worst. I’ll keep you guys posted on more. As some of you may know, Timitou was one of the members of System Band.

Fritz “Ti Mitou” Frederic dies at the age of 49

Even though we’ve been following this for a while now but I guess nothing really prepares you for this. We are saddened to report the passing of one of our Haitian music pioneers, Fritz Frederic aka ti Mitou of System Band. On behalf of Opa and staff, I would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his family. May his soul now rest in peace.
